About the Presenter:

Peter Stern does estate planning and incapacity planning in Palo Alto. He is a 1981 graduate of Stanford Law School, having taught history prior to becoming a lawyer. He has served on the Executive Committee of the State Bar's Trusts and Estates Section, which he also chaired; he is a member of ACTEC, where he chaired the Elder Law Committee; and he served on the Judicial Council's Probate and Mental Health Advisory Committee.
