New Attorney Round Table and Brown Bag Lunch: Family Law: Estate Planning Crossover Issues

This presentation will provide you with a sample client letter that clients should receive upon execution of their trust. The letter indicates when a revocable trust package should be changed, including 11 tips of what to do before the divorce is final. You will also understand why transmutation is the main problem in divorce and how to prevent it, including a sample transmutation deed you should incorporate into your practice. Finally, you will receive 25 tax tips for divorcing couples to minimize tax consequences of both parties.
